Are there lifts onboard?

The following ships do not have any elevators (lifts) onboard:

  • TUI Maya
  • TUI Isla
  • TUI Skyla
  • TUI Al Horeya
  • TUI Bahareya

On these ships, all decks are connected only by staircases.
 Ships With Limited Elevator Access
TUI Aria:

  • Has an elevator (lift) connecting Decks 1, 2, and 3
  • Deck 4 (Sun Deck) is only accessible via stairs

Important Information for Guests with Mobility Considerations

  • All guests must be able to navigate some stairs independently
  • No adapted cabins are available on any ships
