On my recent Marella Cruise we didn't stop at all ports, am I entitled to any money back?
We're sorry we were unable to stop at all ports detailed in your itinerary. Cruise itineraries are planned many months in advance, and if we're aware of any changes to our ports of call before you travel we'll notify you. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, port congestion or operational reasons, the time spent in port, order of ports of call or substituting of a port may occur.
