When you get back

I think I may have left a personal item onboard my Marella Cruise, what do I do?

If you think you have left an item onboard one of our ships, please contact After Travel Customer Support at: https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/contact-us/after-travel

If a lost item has been found by the team onboard then we will organise for this to be sent back to your address. We keep any lost property onboard for six months, we will not retain any items after this period.
