What changes can I make to my booking?

Changes to Your TUI Holiday Booking

What You Can Change
You can update these parts of your holiday in Manage My Booking:
• Holiday dates
• Departure airports
• Destination
• Hotel
• Meal plan (board basis)
Note: Some changes may have fees. See our terms and conditions for details.

What You'll Need
Have these ready from your confirmation email:
• Booking reference (example: 12345678)
• Last name of main booker (lead passenger)
• Date of departure

How to Make Changes

For Online Bookings
If you booked on our website, use Manage My Booking.
Having trouble? Check if your holiday type offers this service in our "What is Manage my Booking?" section.

For Store or Phone Bookings
If you booked in a TUI Holiday Store or by phone:
• Visit your local TUI store, or
• Call the number shown on your holiday confirmation

For Flight-Only Bookings
If you only booked flights with us, please contact our customer service team directly for any changes.
