How can I pay for things that I buy onboard TUI flights?
Credit and debit cards
We accept the following cards onboard:
- Visa
- Visa Debit
- MasterCard
- MasterCard Debit
- Monzo
Not accepted: AMEX, Diners' Club, Maestro, Electron or Solo cards
Prepaid cards
We’re not able to accept prepaid cards, including the TUI Travel Money Card- onboard. This is because our payment system works in an 'offline environment’ – it’s not connected to the bank during the flight, so we can't check if there are enough funds on the card.
Cash
We only accept card payments on our TUI flights. Cash isn’t accepted.
Flying with Freebird Airlines, they currently only accept cash payments in the following currencies:
- Euro
- Turkish Lira
- Pounds Sterling
