Two ocean-view pools steal the show at this grand, adults-only hotel. The entertainment is well worth staying in for, too.
There’s a colonial feel to this stylish hotel, with its high ceilings and dark-wood detail. But the first thing you’re likely to notice is the ocean view – it’s particularly impressive from the two lagoon pools.
A mix of local and international dishes makes the menu in the buffet restaurant, while the entertainment features everything from piano music to flamenco dancing. The nearest beach and bars are only a 10-minute walk away.

A second visit to the Natura Palace .
Well this is our second visit to the Natura Palace hotel now a sensimar hotel, following our delayed flight from Birmingham International, we arrived in Lanzarote over 50 minutes late. We duly arrived at Natura Palace approx 23: 15, the reception were exceptional, drinks were served quickly. We were booked into our room and staff explained that the restaurant was still open for us if we wanted too eat. All this at 23:45 exceptional service. Our room was located on the first floor on the left hand side of the hotel. We were overlooking the gardens and a view of the sea and promenade which leads into Playa Blanca. Facilities included a safe no charge for this facility, fresh fruit, bottled water again no charge. Overall impression of room very good, towels, bathrobes, linen changed on regular basis even when you least expect it. The restaurant food is of a very good standard, constantly replenished, there is now an alacarte restaurant which guests are allowed to use once a week.Booking need to made at reception where the menu is kept. Taxis can be booked at reception cost into Playa Blanca approx 5 euro's or less. Or you can stroll along the promenade walking time variable from 20 minutes to 30 plus depending on where you stop for a drink. The facilities at the Natura Palace are very good, entertainment most nights during summer and Autumn seasons this takes place outside, by the pool bar area. Piano night is inside ground floor again by the large bar area. There is a small library area where previous guests have left their books. Staff were friendly and helpful other facilities around the hotel include tennis, miniature golf, boules, pool aerobics and the use of the gymnasium. There was one incident which only slightly marred the holiday, when I visited the pool bar area I handed over a 10 euro note for my purchase having been told the cost was 3 euro 60 cents, change given back was 40cents, when I pointed out the error, I was handed back another single euro. I then reminded the waitress that 5 euros was still required, she did then apologise. So be aware, check your change this was one incident and did not occur again, and all other staff gave me my correct change rest of our stay. Relax and enjoy your stay at the Sensimar Natura Palace it fully is a great hotel.More
Excellent winter break
The hotel was everything we were hoping for everything was good room had a beautiful view (room 1257).the only down side was the wait up to 25minutes for drinks at the bars inside and out the waiters did not take notice of who was waiting to be served. All said we had a good holiday and would recommend this hotel.More
Lovely hotel, great staff and good food.
This was our first visit to the Natura Palace and we thoroughly enjoyed our week there. When you come back from a holiday people normally ask "would you go back?", well we will and we are. Ten weeks after we returned from our first trip we are going back, and this time for two weeks! Throughout the hotel the staff were fantastic. The hotel was spacious and well laid out. The food was excellent and the evening entertainment was varied and very enjoyable. As we had arrived late we were given a pre-packed cold meal, but this is to be expected, the restaurant can't stay open all night! Also, we knew there would be a long wait between midday checkout and departure pick-up, but this was easily resolved by a "long lunch" at a local restaurant. Special mention to the reception staff and in particular Stephanie, she was very helpful, and also Carlos Castro (de Galicia) our jovial evening waiter. Looking forward to another great holiday.More
Ideal place for a relaxing holiday
Have spent many enjoyable holidays at the N.P. which has improved with the change to the TUI Sensimar brand. Hotel able to meet our request for a choice of specific rooms. Staff very friendly and remember us from previous visits.More
Best think about the hotel was the grounds and pool area this was excellent, hotel quite away out good 30 minutes , food was average , show cooking was poor all they did was serve you not like other hotels were they cook in front of you,not sure if management was short of staff but sometimes it took 30 minutes to get a drink it the outside bar, best to get a drink in lobby bar and take down, also asked for zero tonic told would ask management, they took 4 days then run out within 6 days ( we only had 2 per day) rooms never clean till after 3pm one day 4pm.More
