Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

Promoter’s Details: TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”) is a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 2830117.

1.Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

2.Competition Period & Locations: The competition will run in six (6) different cities around the UK between 01/12/2025 & 18/12/2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The exact dates can be found below and locations will be revealed on the official TUI UK Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TUIUnitedKingdom/) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/tuiuk/) accounts at 9am (GMT) the morning before each activation.

• Activation 1: 01/12/2025. City revealed 30/11/2025.
• Activation 2: 04/12/2025. City revealed 03/12/2025.
• Activation 3: 08/12/2025. City revealed 07/12/2025.
• Activation 4: 11/12/2025. City revealed 10/12/2025.
• Activation 5: 15/12/2025. City revealed 14/12/2025.
• Activation 6: 18/12/2025. City revealed 17/12/2025.

3.How to Enter: Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

• 3.1. Maximum one entry per person across the entire competition period and all 6 locations.
• 3.2. During the Promotion Period, TUI will hide one postcard in each of the cities/locations revealed on the official Facebook and Instagram accounts on the dates specified above. Clues to the exact location of the hidden postcard will be released across our official Instagram and Facebook channels on the day of the activation. Participants must use these clues to locate the postcard.
• 3.3. Once the postcard has been found, the finder must return it immediately to the TUI store specified on the postcard.
• 3.4. The prize will only be awarded once the postcard has been successfully returned and verified by the store/TUI UK social media team.

4.Use of Entries: By participating, participants agree to be filmed and consent to their image and participation being used across TUI UK social media channels. The winner will be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the competition including the use of their name, image, voice etc. for use by TUI UK to further publicise this competition and/or any future competitions.

5.Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-policy

6.Prize: There are 6 x TUI Gift Cards to be won in total, worth £3,000 each – one corresponding to each location. The card must be treated as cash and the balance cannot be refunded if lost, stolen, or destroyed. The card must be used in store at one of our retail locations. The prize is not transferable, and no alternative will be offered. Travel insurance is not included.

7.Claiming the prize: On the day of each activation and upon verification by the TUI team that the competition criteria has been fully met, the winner will receive a ‘voucher’ from the relevant TUI store which can be used to claim their prize. This is their official proof of winning and must be brought with them when they come to use their Gift Card. Winners will have 3 months to use the value of their Gift Card in store at any of our retail locations from 12/01/2026.

8.Winner’s details: Details of the winners will be obtainable after the 12^th January 2026 by writing to TUI UK, Wigmore House, Wigmore Road, Luton, LU2 9TN. Winners must inform the Promotor if they wish to decline publication of this information.

9.General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. Meta accepts no liability for this competition.

10.Liability: The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
