Currys and TUI Instagram and TikTok Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Promoter’s Details: TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”/ “TUI UK”) is a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 2830117.

Currys Group Limited (registered number: 00504877) whose registered office is at 1 Portal Way, Acton, London, W3 6RS (“Currys”, “we”, “us”) is participating solely as a prize provider and is not responsible for the administration, operation, or winner selection process. By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. This prize draw opens at 17:00 GMT on 24 March 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31 March 2026.
  2. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Currys Group Limited, TUI UK Limited, or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.

How to enter:

  1. TUI / Currys will post a prize draw post on each of their official Instagram and TikTok accounts (being @Currys and @TUIUK, respectively).
  2. To enter this prize draw you must: like the prize draw post, follow @Currys and @TUIUK on Instagram and TikTok and reply to the prize draw post by tagging one friend before the closing time and date detailed in paragraph 1 above.
  3. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Choosing a winner:

  1. There will be 1 (one) lucky winner of the prize draw.
  2. The winner will be randomly selected via a computer-generated process.
  3. The winner will be notified by TUI UK via private message on Instagram or TikTok within 5 (five) working days of the competition closing. TUI will request the winner’s details (including email address and phone number) for the purposes of contacting the winner and issuing the prize. If TUI UK does not receive confirmation within 48 (forty-eight) hours that the winner accepts their prize, TUI UK reserves the right to select another winner.
  4. Details of the winner(s) will be obtainable after the competition period has ended by writing to TUI UK, Wigmore House, Wigmore Road, Luton, LU2 9TN. Winner(s) must inform TUI UK if they wish to decline publication of this information. In such circumstances, TUI UK must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

The prizes:

  1. The winner will win:
  2. 1 x £3,000 TUI Gift Card (to be delivered by TUI); and
  3. 1 x £500 eGift Card (to be delivered by Currys).

Prize terms:

  1. The winner will receive a £500 Currys eGift card. eGift cards can be used as full or part payment towards products (excluding airtime and certain mobile phones, accessories and gift cards) and services in Currys retail stores or online at Currys.co.uk. The balance of this eGift card can be checked online at currys.co.uk/giftcardsor by calling 0800 897 163. The eGift cards are valid for use for 24 (twenty-four) months from date of issue, after which time the eGift card will expire and any balance will be deducted. No liability is accepted for lost, stolen or damaged cards. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or discontinue the card at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  2. Please allow up to 60 (sixty) days from confirming acceptance of the prize for the free delivery of the Currys prize to your email address as provided to TUI.
  3. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

General:

  1. Currys will at all times comply with data protection legislation (including, without limitation, the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended) when collecting and processing data. Currys will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and Participant’s personal details will not be used for any other purpose whatsoever, unless Currys has your consent to do so. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential. Currys Group Limited takes your privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. TUI Terms:

  1. Prize terms: The winner will receive 1 x TUI Gift Card in total, worth £3,000. The card must be treated as cash and the balance cannot be refunded if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Booking terms and conditions apply to any holiday purchased in part or full using the TUI Gift Card. The prize is not transferable, and no alternative will be offered. Travel insurance is not included.
    1. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta or TikTok. Meta and TikTok accept no liability for this competition.
  2. If you are the winner of this promotion, we will share your name and contact details with Currys, who will use this information for the purpose of awarding the Currys prize.
