Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter’s Details:TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”) is a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 2830117.

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

3. How to Enter:To enter the competition, entrants must follow the entry requirements laid out in each of the 12 days of Christmas posts on Facebook or Instagram. The posts will be on the official TUI UK Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/tuiuk/) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TUIUnitedKingdom/) accounts, and will be posted from 1^st December 2024 at 9am, each day, until 9am on 12^th December 2024. (multiple entries by the same account will be entered only once, but entrants can enter via both their Facebook and Instagram account and in this case, pending all other entry requirements being met, both entries will be entered into the pool mentioned at Section 9 below). Internet access required. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

• 3a. Posts on 2^nd, 6^th and 10^th of December will require entrants to follow @TUIUK and comment their guess for the answer to the riddle on Instagram. On Facebook, they are just required to comment their guess for the answer to the riddle.
• 3b. On 1st December 2024, the competition is in collaboration with River Island. To enter the competition, entrants will be required to follow @TUIUK and @riverisland on Instagram as well as comment their guess for the answer to the riddle. On Facebook, they are just required to comment their guess for the answer to the riddle.
• 3c. On 3^rd December 2024, the prize is being provided in collaboration with Disney. To enter the competition, entrants will be required to follow @TUIUK on Instagram as well as comment their guess for the answer to the riddle. On Facebook, they are just required to comment their guess for the answer to the riddle.
• 3d. On 4^th December 2024, the competition is in collaboration with Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. trading as “Cotswold Outdoor”. To enter the competition, entrants will be required to follow @TUIUK and @cotswoldoutdoor on Instagram as well as comment their guess for the answer to the riddle. On Facebook, they are just required to comment their guess for the answer to the riddle.
• 3e. On 5^th December 2024, the competition is in collaboration with Whittard of Chelsea. To enter the competition, entrants will be required to follow @TUIUK and @whittardofchelsea1886 on Instagram as well as comment their guess for the answer to the riddle. On Facebook, they are just required to comment their guess for the answer to the riddle.
• 3f. On 7^th December 2024, the competition is in collaboration with Marella Cruises. To enter the competition, entrants will be required to follow @TUIUK and @marellacruises on Instagram as well as comment their guess for the answer to the riddle. On Facebook, they are just required to comment their guess for the answer to the riddle.
• 3g. On 8^th December 2024, the competition is in collaboration with Crystal Ski Holidays. To enter the competition, entrants will be required to follow @TUIUK and @crystalholidays on Instagram as well as comment their guess for the answer to the riddle. On Facebook, they are just required to comment their guess for the answer to the riddle.
• 3h. On 9^th December 2024, the competition is in collaboration with Dock & Bay. To enter the competition, entrants will be required to follow @TUIUK and @dockandbay on Instagram as well as comment their guess for the answer to the riddle. On Facebook, they are just required to comment their guess for the answer to the riddle.
• 3i. On 11^th December 2024, the competition is in collaboration with Lumie. To enter the competition, entrants will be required to follow @TUIUK and @lumie.lights on Instagram as well as comment their guess for the answer to the riddle. On Facebook, they are just required to comment their guess for the answer to the riddle.
• 3j. On 12^th December 2024, entrants will be required to follow @TUIUK, tag who they would take on the holiday with them and comment their guess for the answer to the riddle on Instagram. On Facebook, they are just required to tag who they would take on the holiday with them and comment their guess for the answer to the riddle.

4. Use of Data:All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-policy

5. Dates:The competition starts at 9am on 1^stDecember 2024 and closes at 9am on 13^th December 2024. 1 entry per day. Entry attempts for previous days will not be allowed. For example, you will only be allowed to enter Day 1 on the 1^st. After 9am on 2^nd December 2024, you will no longer be able to enter that day’s competition

6. Receipt of Entries:The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer, or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

7. Prizes: There are 12 prizes available, one for each day of the competition.

• 7a. On 1^st December 2024, the prize will consist of a £500 TUI Gift Card and a £250 River Island voucher. River Island are providing one (1) voucher to be given alongside a £500 TUI Gift Card on the 1^st day of the competition. This prize is exclusive to the 1^st December 2024 and no other River Island vouchers will be given out.
• 7b. On 2^nd December 2024, the prize will consist of a £500 TUI Gift Card and a £250 TUI experiences voucher. One (1) experiences voucher to be given alongside a £500 TUI Gift Card on the 2^nd day of the competition. The booking period for the experiences voucher is 02/12/2024-31/01/2025 and the period during which the experience(s) must be booked for is 03/12/2024-31/12/2025. This prize is exclusive to the 2^nd December 2024 and no other TUI experiences vouchers will be given out.
• 7c. On 3^rd December 2024, the prize will consist of a £500 TUI Gift Card and a Disney goody bag. Disney are providing one (1) goody bag to be given alongside a £500 TUI Gift Card on the 3^rd day of the competition. This prize is exclusive to the 3^rd December 2024 and no other Disney goody bags will be given out.
• 7d. On 4^th December 2024, the prize will consist of a £500 TUI Gift Card and an Ayacucho clothing bundle worth £100. Cotswold Outdoor are providing one (1) bundle to be given alongside a £500 TUI Gift Card on the 4^th day of the competition. The £100 prize value cannot be exchanged for a gift voucher, cash or alternative brand. This prize is exclusive to the 4^th December 2024 and no other Ayacucho clothing bundles will be given out.
• 7e. On 5^th December 2024, the prize will consist of a £500 TUI Gift Card and a Whittard hot drinks bundle worth £69. Whittard of Chelsea are providing one (1) bundle to be given alongside a £500 TUI Gift Card on the 5^th day of the competition. This prize is exclusive to the 5^th December 2024 and no other Whittard hot drinks bundles will be given out.
• 7f. On 6^th December 2024, the prize will consist of one (1) £1000 TUI Gift Card. This prize is exclusive to the 6^th December 2024.
• 7g. On 7^th December 2024, the prize will consist of a 4-night 5th December 2025 ‘Canarian Breakaway’ sailing, sailing from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, for up to 2 adults and includes accommodation in a standard outside cabin. Flights from MAN, BHX or LGW are also included. Marella Cruises are providing one (1) prize, and this prize is exclusive to 7^th December 2024 and no other prizes from Marella Cruises will be given out.
• 7h. On 8^th December 2024, the prize will consist of a £1000 Crystal Ski Holidays voucher. The prize is a Crystal Ski Holidays voucher, worth £1000 and is applicable to all destinations for this winter and next. Voucher is valid on booking and departure dates between 09/12/24 – 14/04/26. Crystal Ski Holidays are providing one (1) prize and this prize is exclusive to 8^th December 2024 and no other prizes from Crystal Ski Holidays will be given out.
• 7i. On 9^th December 2024, the prize will consist of a £500 TUI Gift Card and a bundle of Dock and Bay products worth £226. Dock and Bay are providing one (1) bundle to be given alongside a £500 TUI Gift Card on the 9^th day of the competition. This prize is exclusive to the 9^th December 2024 and no other Dock and Bay bundles will be given out.
• 7j. On 10^th December 2024, the prize will consist of one (1) £1500 TUI Gift Card. This prize is exclusive to the 10^th December 2024.
• 7k. On 11^th December 2024, the prize will consist of a £500 TUI Gift Card and a Lumie bundle. Lumie are providing one (1) bundle – consisting of a ‘Bodyclock Luxe 750DAB’ in Charcoal and a ‘Dash’ bright light therapy lamp in Pistachio White – to be given alongside a £500 TUI Gift Card on the 11^th day of the competition. This prize is exclusive to the 11^th December 2024 and no other Lumie bundles will be given out.
• 7l. On 12^th December 2024, the prize will consist of a TUI holiday worth up to £5000. The holiday must be available to book on the website and must be booked by 12^th June 2025. This prize is exclusive to the 12^th December 2024.

8. TUI Gift Cards – The card must be treated as cash and the balance cannot be refunded if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Booking terms and conditions apply to any holiday purchased in part or full using the TUI Gift Card. Please see https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/tui-gift-cards for full terms and conditions of the TUI Gift Card. It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled. Booking terms and conditions apply to the holiday; see relevant brochure or www.tui.co.uk for details. The prize is not transferable, and no alternative will be offered.

9. Selection of winners: The entries across Facebook and Instagram will be pooled and winners will be chosen at random by a computer generator from all eligible entries at 9am on from 2^nd December 2024 (Day 1) to 13^th December 2024 (Day 12)).

10. Notification: The winners will be notified by either on Instagram or Facebook (depending on where they entered) at 9am or later the next day, with instructions on how to claim their prize. The first winner will be contacted on the 2^nd December 2024 and the last will be contacted on 13^th December 2024.  If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize after 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.

11. Winner(s) details: Details of the winners will be obtainable after the 13^th December 2024 by writing to TUI UK, Wigmore House, Wigmore Road, Luton, LU2 9TN. Winners must inform the Promotor if they wish to decline publication of this information. The winners may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.

12. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. Meta accepts no liability for this competition.
