Where and when can I find the pick up time?

Depending on which resort you are in your pick-up time will appear in the TUI App 48 - 24 hours before departure. If it does not please send us a message in the chat function in the TUI App, or send us a text message on 80247, and we will have your pick-up details for you - text messages are charged at your standard network rate.
