Villa Xiscu

Villa Xiscu is a countryside retreat surrounded by fields and farmland. A 15-minute drive will get you to Ciutadella’s city centre, where you can explore 13th-century cathedrals and plazas, as well as a swish restaurant-packed harbour. A couple of minutes further on, there’s a couple of sandy beaches to choose from.

Whitewashed walls and a terracotta tiled roof give the property an authentic Mediterranean style. Out the back, you’ve got your own swimming pool that’s framed by a well-kept garden lined with bushes and fruit trees. There’s also a covered terrace with a dining table, and a big, stone barbecue for al fresco meals.

Indoors, there’s a kitchen fitted with all the mod-cons, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a living room with a satellite TV and DVD player for cosy nights in. The kitchen and the living room both have patio doors that open out onto the terrace. There's two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom and the double room comes with its own ensuite shower room.
