At the Couples Tower Isle hotel, in Ocho Rios, you can hop on a boat and be whisked off to a palm-studded private island just 100 metres off shore. It’s exclusive to hotel guests, and features a naturist swimming pool.
That’s not all this adults-only hotel has to offer, though. There’s a quartet of private pools, a stretch of white sand, and a packed-full programme of activities that are included in your stay. We’re talking sunset cruises, coral reef snorkelling, and trips to the likes of the Dunn’s River Falls. You can even try your hand at scuba diving.

Nam Nghi Phu Quoc Island, in Phu Quoc, has its own islet that’s just a boat ride away from the main hotel. There, you’ll find the hotel’s high-class restaurant and bar – the Rock Island Club. In the daytime, it’s a great spot for chilling out and taking in the ocean views. By night, it’s the place to go for quirky cocktails and gin-based creations. When it comes to food, we’re talking crispy lobster wontons and fresh-as-they-come oyster platters.
The hotel itself boasts a secluded setting, too. It’s perched at the tip of the Mong Tay peninsula, so it’s super peaceful. There’s a swanky spa and a private beach to make the most of, too.

The TUI SENSIMAR Kalamota Island Resort takes peace and quiet to a new level. It’s the only hotel on a pint-sized, traffic-free island. That’s not to say it’s isolated, though. Board a shuttle boat – the hotel run their own service – and you’ll be in terracotta-toned Dubrovnik within 25 minutes.
This place is reserved for adults, and the line-up of activities is tailored to its audience. You can sign up for mixology classes, fitness sessions, and culinary courses – and that’s just the start. Food-wise, you’ve got a duo of à la carte restaurants, and a buffet spot which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows.

Renaissance Island lines up a pair of beaches – one with flamingos, and another with iguanas. You can also try out some watersports, or explore the island on a nature trail.
Elsewhere in the hotel, you’ll find a camera-ready infinity pool, a pair of shopping malls, and a huge selection of restaurants, dishing up everything from steaks to sushi.

The Adaaran Club Rannalhi can be found floating on a tiny island in the Indian Ocean, and comes with all the tropical trademarks. The waters that surround it are beyond blue, and the sand’s seashell white. This private island resort is part of the Maldives, and it’s got the looks to prove it.
If it’s a one-bedroom villa you’re after, choose between one perched on stilts above the sea, or one set on the sand. Either way, the views will have you reaching for your camera. This place is pint-sized, too – you can walk across the island in just 10 minutes.
