Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter’s Details: TUI is a trading name of TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”), a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 2830117.
   Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands however, entrants under the age of 16 require parent/guardian permission to enter. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.
2. How to Enter: Internet access required to participate. To enter you will need to visit https://www.tui.co.uk/content/Good-List and complete the required fields; Name of entrant , Age, Contact details including email and mobile phone (where entrant is under 16, parents’ name and contact details must be given), , Upload picture of them holding a sign explaining why they should be on the good list, Who they will take with them to Lapland if they win, Preferred airports, , agree to the Terms & Conditions (Tick Box) and if entrant under 16, parental consent (Tick box).Only one entry is allowed per person using one email address. Any person who is under the age of 16 and wishes to participate in the competition must first receive the permission of their parent/carer. No purchase is necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
3. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-notice. Any photos/ videos submitted which feature people must be of you or have been taken with the permission of the subject (and if they are under 18, the permission of their parents or guardians as well) and must not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. You warrant that the photo/video you submit is your own work and that where required you have obtained all relevant permissions, consents or licences required to enable you to use any third party content, materials or images in your photos/video and that you own the copyright for it. Any complaints lodged against your photograph/ video in relation to permissions will result in it being removed. If you use an image you do not own the copyright for we retain the right to provide your name to the owner of the photograph, should they request it. Any images deemed to be inappropriate, or offensive will not be published and will be removed. Copyright in all images submitted remains with you.
4. Dates: The competition commences 20th November 2023 and closes on 6th December 2023 at 23:59. All entries must be received by 23:59 on 6th December 2023.
5. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer, or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.
6. Prize(s): There is one (1) holiday to be won consisting of a minimum three night holiday to Lapland with TUI in a minimum 3T accommodation at least bed and breakfast departing in November or December 2024, dependent on availability and flight programme. (the “Prize”). It includes return economy flights and select accommodation for up to 2 adults and 3 children between the ages of 0 and 17 years old from available UK airports offering direct flying to Lapland (with TUI Airways. Room category will be one (1) family room but may vary on hotel availability. In-resort transfers are included from airport to hotel and back. Luggage allowance included but may vary. A Santa visit, a short trip on a snowmobile and a husky ride, visit to Santa Claus Village all included in itinerary. TUI provide all-in-one thermal suits and boots. Travel insurance is not included. Additional experiences are not included outside of the TUI Lapland package. It is the winners’ responsibility to check all visa, passport and government requirements are fulfilled and complied with. The Prize is not transferable, and no alternative will be offered. The Prize is as offered, no extensions or upgrades are available. 7. Selection of winner: Entries will be put into a random number generator which will select 30 entries at random.
   Out of those 30 randomly selected entries, TUI’s chosen ambassador will select their top 10 best entries at their sole discretion.These 10 entries will then be put into a random number generator which will select the overall winner of the competition at random..
8. Notification: The winner or the winner’s parent/guardian(s) will be notified by email or phone within 28 days of the closing date with instructions on how to claim their prize. If they cannot be contacted or are unable to accept their prize within seven days of contact, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.
9. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions and/or subject to health and safety guidelines. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
