Do I have to pay any resort fees for Florida?

Florida resort fees are included in the cost of your holiday, so you won't need to pay for them whilst you're on holiday.

How do I plan my Disney trip?

It can be difficult to know where to start with the Disney parks - especially if it's your first time. That's why there's a handy tool to help you make the most of your time away. If you've booked to stay at a Disney hotel and have pre-ordered park tickets, you'll have access to the MyDisney Experience three days after you book, and up to 60 days before you arrive. This handy site lets you pre-book activities like Character Breakfasts, make restaurant reservations, and reserve FastPass+, a service that allows guests to skip queues for the rides - Fastpass+ is currently suspended due to the Coronavirus pandemic. To get started, you just have to create a Disney profile.

If you're not staying at a Disney hotel but have booked Disney park tickets, please email Usa.GS@tui.com 34 days before travel to retrieve your Disney ticket reference and you'll have access to MyDisney Experience 30 days before to book any fast track passes.

I bought park tickets when I booked my Florida holiday, where do I collect them from?

Disney Hotel

If you're staying in a Disney hotel...
If you're staying in a Disney Resort hotel and you've booked tickets or tickets and dining as part of your holiday, you can view your booking on the Disney experience website.  Visit www.mydisneyexperience.co.uk and enter the surname of the lead passenger and the booking reference.  You'll be able to view the booking from 48-72 hours after booking.

Non Disney Hotel

If you're not staying in a Disney hotel...
If you're staying in a non-Disney hotel but you've booked Disney tickets, you will be emailed your Disney Experience reference number within 7 days after booking/payment in full. The email will come from noreply_themeparkstickets@tui.com.

All tickets will now sit on the My Disney Experience website, you no longer need paper tickets when using My Disney Experience.

Tickets booked in store

Tickets booked in store or through other providers

What's ESTA?

Electronic System for Travel Authorization - or ESTA - is something you need to register for if you're travelling to the USA under the Visa Waiver Programme.  For more information, visit the US Embassy website.

ESTA is separate to API, so you'll need to complete both of these requirements before you go.

How to apply for ESTA
Visit the ESTA website to apply online.  You'll need to pay $21 for each new or renewed ESTA application and you must apply a minimum of 72 hours before you're due to go.

ESTA is valid for up to 2 years after you've applied or until your passport runs out - whichever comes first. It's also valid if you're travelling to the USA more than once, but you'll need to amend details like your date of travel and the address you're staying at.

In some cases, you may not be eligible to participate in the Visa Wavier Program (ESTA) if you’ve visited certain countries, for example Cuba, in the past and would need to apply for a visa and you’ll need to allow more time for this. For more information go to: Official ESTA Application Website, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (dhs.gov) and also the FCDO for the latest advice and costs: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/usa/entry-requirements

Important information about ESTA
If you don't apply for ESTA before you go, you might not be able to board the plane, or you may be delayed or refused entry when you get to the USA. However, applying for ESTA, having a visa or meeting the requirements of travelling under the Visa Waiver Programme doesn't guarantee you entry to the USA - immigration officials have the final say on this when you arrive.
