Manage your expectations: It is not a luxury resort, although the prices are high. All inclusive comes with the price of having to deal with all the mass of persons/families/kids that are around. The food variety is good and the quality too. They have different dishes, particularly from Sicily/Italy. The highlight (if you have kids) is the "train" that can get you to the beach, the kids will love it. The swimming pools can be quite busy and noisy. Unfortunately you will need a car/taxi to get around, should you wish to visit Syracuse.

As a travel blogger and hotel expert, I was truly shocked from the lack of communication and False Marketing that this resort is using. Be warned when it says all inclusive, it is not all inclusive, also our room was filled with bugs when we got there. And our queen size bed we were promised was two twins push together. We had Internet issues, as well as dealing with the head of reception and leaving very angry. Read all the fine details on staying at this resort, although it was beautiful and there were many amenities and great experiences to be had.I feel the resort itself could use a lot of work and we would have tons of recommendations if they would like to reach out to us. Although we do think them for the bottle of champagne they brought to us on that Saturday after a few complaints.
