TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

  1. Promoter’s Details:TUI is a trading name of TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”), a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 02830117.
  1. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older and holds a valid passport. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.
  2. How to Enter:  Internet access required to participate. To enter, simply reshare Mark Wright’s “Vitamin H” post on your personal Instagram story, following the instructions on his post. Entrants will need to repost Mark’s post, inserting their own favourite “Vitamin H” moment on their story using the “Add Yours” function and tag @TUIUK and #VitaminH to be in with the chance to win. Only one entry is allowed per person. No purchase is necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
  3. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-notice. Your data will be used solely for this competition and to facilitate the prize only.
  4. Use of photo/video:  Your photo/video could be used on TUI’s social media channels. Any photos/videos submitted which feature people must be of you or have been taken with the permission of the subject (and if they are under 18, the permission of their parents or guardians as well) and must not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. You warrant that the photo/video you submit is your own work and that where required you have obtained all relevant permissions, consents or licences required to enable you to use any third-party content, materials or images in your photos/video.  Any complaints lodged against your photograph/video in relation to permissions will result in it being removed. If you use an image, you do not own the copyright for, we retain the right to provide your name to the owner of the photograph, should they request it. Any images deemed to be inappropriate, or offensive will not be published and will be removed.

By entering you are granting a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to the Promoter to feature your photo/video in any publications, websites and/or any promotional material, PR or advertising connected with this competition and/or any future marketing campaigns.

You give permission for your photo/video to be edited, copied or adapted, if needed.

No payment or individual acknowledgement will be made to you for using your submission on our channels.

  1. Dates:The competition commences 10th January 2022 and closes on 17th January 2022. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on 16th January 2022.

 

  1. Receipt of Entries:The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

 

  1. Prize:There are three (3) holiday prizes to be won for one lucky (1) winner. One (1) long haul holiday, one (1) short/mid haul holiday and one (1) city break.  The Prize must be taken by either two (2) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children on a maximum seven (7) night duration for long haul and short/mid haul holiday and maximum five (5) night duration for a city break. The same named two (2) adults or two 2 adults and two (2) children must travel each time on each holiday prize. Board basis may vary. Flights – on standard seats, transfers and one (1) free excursion is included. Luggage allowance included, long and mid haul allowance is 20kg per person, short haul and city breaks 15kg allowance per person. If two (2) adults win they will have one (1) room to share. If two (2) adults, and two (2) children win they will have a family room or two (2) rooms where a family room is unavailable. The destination and hotel shall be at the Promoter’s discretion and the Promoter’s decision is final. Travelling between May 2022 – May 2023 only and subject to availability. Destination and hotel dependent on FCDO advice. Travel insurance is not included. It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa, passport and COVID requirements are fulfilled and complied with. The prize is not transferable, and no alternative will be offered.  The prize/trips are as offered, no extensions or upgrades are available. Normal TUI customer T&Cs will apply.

 

  1. COVID-19: It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to arrange and pay for appropriate travel insurance, any required testing or provide any required vaccination evidence for the country they are travelling to and returning to.

 

  1. Selection of winners:The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

 

  1. Notification:The winner will be announced on Mark Wright’s Instagram story on Monday 17th January 2022. TUI’s official, verified Instagram account will also notify the winner via DM to obtain their contract details to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.

 

  1. Winner details:Details of the winner, name and country of residence, will be obtainable by writing to TUI (Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN), enclosing a self-addressed envelope. Winners must inform the Promotor if they wish to decline publication of this information. The winner(s) may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.

 

  1. General:The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram accepts no liability for this competition
