Bruges City Tour

You’ll hop over to Bruges for the day on this tour. It’s only an hour’s drive from Ghent to the canal-laced city. Once you arrive, you can get to know the city better on a 90-minute walking tour. You can tick off lots of the sights in Market Square. This place has a real buzz to it, with tourists snapping photos of its picture-perfect buildings – like the 83-metre-tall Belfry, the colourful guild houses and the huge city hall. Along your route, you’ll also pass breweries, museums and a fish market. Plus, you’ll see the Basilica of the Holy Blood. With its black-and-gold exterior, this place looks like it belongs in a Brothers Grimm fairytale. Saint John’s Hospital is also on the list – it’s got a scenic canalside setting, which is perfect for photos. You’ll have some free time next, before a walk back to the bus and your trip home.

Just so you know, it’s a 45-minute walk back to the bus car park on your return.
