Excursions and Attractions - Attraction Tickets

Can I purchase tickets for attractions, such as theme parks, before I arrive in my destination?

To view the attractions available to you in your holiday destination, and to check to see if they are available for the dates you wish to travel, please visit our ‘Attractions Tickets’ link. This can be found on our website. Please click the ‘Extras’ button at the top of the page, followed by ‘Attraction Tickets’ in the 'During your holiday' section. You will then access another website, from which you can browse and purchase tickets for attractions that interest you.

How do I pre-book tickets for Disney?

You can book theme park tickets either at the same time as you book your holiday through TUI, or by booking separately. To book tickets with your holiday, you can book your holiday online via www.tui.co.uk, and the option to purchase your preferred theme park ticket will be offered during the booking process (this is only available for Disney in Florida). Or you can contact our Call Centre on 0871 231 4691 and ask for details of Disney tickets.


To browse and book your Disney theme park tickets separately, please visit our website at www.tui.co.uk and click ‘Extras’ (on the navigation bar at the top of the page), followed by ‘Attraction Tickets’. You will then be directed to a separate website, where you can browse the different levels of entry tickets available for Disney theme parks, as well as many other excursions that may be of interest to you. I bought park tickets when I booked my Florida holiday, where do I collect them from?  

If you're staying in a Disney hotel...

If you've chosen to stay in a Disney hotel, your ticket will be loaded onto your MagicBand when you arrive. The MagicBand gives you access to the parks, opens the door to your Disney Resort hotel room, and lets you buy meals and souvenirs is the Disney restaurant and stores. If you're staying is a Disney Resort hotel and you've booked tickets or tickets and dining as part of your holiday, you can view your booking on the Disney experience website. Visit www.mydisneyexperience.co.uk and enter the surname of the lead passenger and the booking reference. You'll be able to view the booking from 499 days before you travel.

If you're not staying in a Disney hotel...

If you're staying in a non-Disney hotel but you've booked Disney tickets, your confirmation number will be available once your tickets are paid in full. At the time of booking you can choose full payment tickets (your confirmation will be emailed 7 days post booking) or deposit tickets. If you choose deposit tickets, when you have paid your balance in full these will be sent out 6-8 weeks prior to departure. You will not receive hard copies of your tickets. It will be an email confirmation. You can exchange this for a physical card should you wish, from Guest Services in Resort.  

Car Hire

How do I book car hire?

If you'd rather make a booking with one of our Holiday Advisors rather than buying online, please call 0871 231 4691 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) and one of our consultants will be happy to assist you.

Excursions and Attractions - TUI Excursions

How can I find out more about holiday excursions?

You can search for and book excursions online, with our TUI Excursions website. Visit the website and enter your preferred travel dates, along with a destination and a sub-resort and click 'Search'. Alternatively, you can leave the 'Resort' selection blank and just search for excursions at destination level. You will then see the 'Excursion Search Results' page. Select an excursion that interests you, and on the following page (entitled 'Excursion Details') you will be provided with further information about your selected excursion. This will include excursion details, price, times, duration, available days, what's included, the attributes of the excursion (e.g. 'Relax' or 'Suitable for families') and available resorts from which to depart.


If I book an excursion online, will I receive an e-ticket or will a ticket be posted to me?

If you have booked an excursion online, in most cases you will receive an e-ticket, which you will require as proof that you have booked your excursion. However in some cases you may also need a hardcopy ticket. In this instance, your ticket will be delivered to you in resort. If you have any queries, please contact the number provided on your confirmation email. Alternatively, please use the contact details provided below:

What happens if I have booked an excursion, but haven't received my tickets?

You won't receive a ticket to your home address - you will receive an e-ticket, and in some cases also a hardcopy ticket, which will be sent to your hotel. Please read your confirmation email carefully - this will include all the information you need to know. Please carry this with you. If you are expecting to receive hardcopy tickets when you get to your hotel and they haven't arrived, please contact the number provided on your confirmation email as soon as possible. We will then check our system, locate your tickets, and arrange to re-send your tickets so you receive them before you are due to embark on your excursion.


Can I still book a TUI excursion, even if I have booked with another tour operator, or if I am staying in a non-TUI hotel?

Yes. Please make sure that you provide the name of your tour operator, and the name of your hotel when you book. This can be done during the online booking process, on the 'Excursion Checkout' page. You will be asked to provide the name of your tour operator and also the name of your hotel. If your tour operator or hotel name is not listed, please select 'Other' and type the name into the box provided. This is so that we know where to pick you up from on the day of your excursion. Our coaches only collect excursion guests from TUI hotels, so it's possible that you will need to go to your nearest TUI hotel to be picked up from there. If you are staying in a non-TUI hotel, we will contact you to advise you of exactly where you need to be and when. For us to get this information correct, please make sure you enter your hotel name accurately.


When booking a TUI excursion, do I need to provide my passport details?

In some cases, passport details are required before we can book your excursion for you. If you have booked an excursion where this is applicable, we will contact you for your passport details. If you would prefer not to provide your passport details, unfortunately we cannot process the excursion booking. In this case we will provide you with a refund for your excursion.
