We are aware that some customers who had to evacuate hotels may have returned to the UK having left some personal belongings behind. Our teams on the ground are working together with hoteliers to carefully collect left luggage. We are also in the process of matching luggage and belongings with owners based on our customer data, and then arranging transportation from Rhodes to home addresses.
