We’re continuing to closely monitor the wildfires in Rhodes which led to the evacuation of a number of hotels in the south of the island. The vast majority of our hotels are now back open, and we are working hard to continue supporting our hotel partners and the local community.
We appreciate that anyone travelling to Rhodes in the near future may be concerned about their holiday, and we want to keep you updated on our plans and will be in direct contact with customers if anything changes.
NORTHERN RHODES
For those travelling to the North of Rhodes from Saturday 29 July, we want to reassure you that hotels and resorts are fully operational, and our team of TUI reps are offering their usual service. There will also be a good excursion programme on offer for our customers who would like to explore.
SOUTHERN RHODES
We are constantly reviewing the situation in Rhodes and whilst most of our hotels in the south are now open and our customers are enjoying their holidays, we have now contacted any customers impacted by a hotel closure directly.
Whilst we are supporting our hotel partners and the local community in Rhodes, and are confident you’ll have a great holiday on this beautiful island, TUI is offering customers travelling to a hotel in the south of the island the option to amend fee free or cancel with a full refund up to and including 11th August. If you are travelling to Rhodes after this date and have any concerns about your upcoming holiday, then please give us a call or pop into your local TUI retail store to discuss with one of our team.
