Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them. Registered in England No: 2830117 OR 1456086. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

How to Enter: Entry is automatic when you book a TUI or First Choice package holiday or Cruise either in a TUI store or online between Monday 25th November 2019 and Monday 2ndDecember 2019. To qualify for entry you will also need to have travelled by 31st October 2021 i.e. this is the last date you can depart on your package holiday. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Purchase necessary. Only one (1) entry allowed per booking.

Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-notice. Dates: The competition commences on Monday 25th November 2019 at 00:01 and closes on Monday 2ndDecember 2019 at 23.59 GMT. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries. Prize(s): There is one (1) prize on offer for the winner to win back the full cost of their holiday. There is no restriction on cost ofthe holiday or board basis and the prize includes but is not limited to extras such as room upgrades which are made at the time of booking. Any additional costs after the time of booking will not be covered including anychanges to date, location or passengers on the booking. The winner will be reimbursed for any cost paid upfront when securing their holiday booking. Further payments due on the booking will be paid by the Promoter by theirdue dates and final payment will be made by the balance due date which is 12 weeks before the day of departure. Main booking terms and conditions apply to the holiday. Travel insurance is not included. It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled. Selection of winners: The winner will be chosen at random via our booking reference system.

Notification: The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email by Friday 13th December 2019. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unabletoaccept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions.
