1. A fee will be charged to Lock The Price for each person on the booking excluding infants.
2. We will hold your exact booking (e.g. accommodation, flights) for 48 hours from when you pay to Lock The Price.
3. The 48 hour Lock The Price period is based on UK GMT/BST time.
4. All passenger details must be entered correctly at the time you Lock The Price.
5. No amendments can be made to your booking whilst your price is locked. If you make any amendments after the lock period has ended you will be charged the new price for the holiday at that time (if applicable) and normal amendment fees will apply.
6. Lock The Price amount will be taken off your holiday balance when your booking is confirmed.
7. If you decide not to continue with your booking then we will retain the amount you paid to Lock The Price.
8. The price you pay for your holiday will always be the exact amount shown at the time you paid to Lock The Price (without amendments). If your holiday decreases in price whilst locked then you will not receive the cheaper price. If the price of your holiday increases whilst locked then we won’t charge you any extra.
9. A confirmation will be sent to you to show that you have successfully locked the price.
10. You can confirm your booking by either clicking on the link in the email sent to you or via Manage My Booking.
11. Lock The Price is available up to 91 days before departure.
12. Lock The Price is available for most TUI package holidays including any 3rd party ancillaries (e.g. airport car-parking, airport hotels, travel insurance, seat upgrades) that are booked at the same time as you pay to Lock The Price.
13. Service does not apply to any holidays that include a 3rd party (non-TUI Airways) flight.
14. Our direct debit and 0% deposit schemes can be applied to your booking at the time of confirmation if available. Direct debit may not be available on all Lock The Price bookings.
15. Available promotional codes and offers can be applied at the time you Lock The Price. Any code that started after you locked the price will not be valid.
16. If for any reason we have to make a major change to your booking, during the price lock period, which is not acceptable to you then you can cancel your booking and we will refund the amount you paid to Lock The Price. Our usual booking terms and conditions will apply to any changes made after your booking has been confirmed.
17. Free child place offers can be applied to your booking and these will be reserved when you pay to Lock The Price. You’ll need to pay the standard Lock The Price fee for any free child place but we will deduct this from your final balance.
18. If there is an obvious error on your Lock The Price confirmation we reserve the right to correct it as soon as we become aware of it. If any of these changes are not acceptable then you will be entitled to a full refund.
19. Normal booking terms and conditions will apply to your booking once confirmed.
20. You consent to our processing personal information about you and other members of your party. This will be done in line with our Privacy Notice - https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-notice
21. Your contract with us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with your contract with us.
