Important Remarks

We inform you that TUI has taken note of the update to the EU Air Safety List, as a result of which airlines registered in Tanzania are no longer allowed to fly within EU airspace. This restriction is based on concerns about the oversight by the Tanzanian civil aviation authority, and not necessarily on the operational safety of the individual airlines. The Tanzanian airlines we select and work with for operations within Tanzanian airspace are always subject to an internal safety risk assessment and audit process. Our strict internal oversight includes regular audits, performance evaluations and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with our safety management system. The safety of our travelers always comes first and guides the choice of airlines TUI partners with in different countries, including Tanzania. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us at any time.
