About this tour

Split is Croatia's second-largest city and a captivating blend of ancient history and modern Mediterranean life. The heart of the city is dominated by Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built in the 4th century, where locals still live and work within its ancient walls. You'll find charming cafés, boutique shops, and restaurants tucked into Roman corridors and courtyards. The waterfront promenade, known as the Riva, buzzes with energy and offers stunning views across the Adriatic Sea. Split serves as an excellent base for exploring nearby islands like Hvar and Brač, while the Marjan Hill provides a green escape with panoramic vistas. The city's pebble beaches and crystal-clear waters are perfect for swimming and water sports. <br>
