In Taiwan you can travel from place to place by train. Tickets are not included and can be booked, depending on the schedule, either on the TRA website https://tip.railway.gov.tw/tra-tip-web/tip?lang=EN\_US or on the HSR website https://en.thsrc.com.tw/
Additional Information
You can choose to book your airport transfers (first and last stop of the tour) with TUI, but you need to arrange the transport between the different stops and your booked accommodations yourself.

Unless this is expressly stated in the itinerary as part of the tour, transportation between the touchpoints is not included.
