  • For most of the cities included in this tour, a selection of recommended excursions is available-allowing you to tailor your experience to match your personal interests and preferences.

  • The commute from Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu takes 3h30 mins. When booking your tickets, we suggest booking tickets 09:30 am onwards.
  • Entrances to Machu Picchu are strictly subject to availability. To request your entrance ticket, you must upload your personal details exactly as they appear on your passport (full name, passport number, date of birth, and nationality). Your reservation request can only be processed once these details have been submitted.
  • Before uploading your passport details, please ensure that your passport meets the validity requirements set by the Peruvian authorities. You must verify this carefully with your local government.
  • If you do not yet have a passport, or if your current passport does not meet the required validity, you must apply for a new passport before completing the booking. Once the booking is made, passport details cannot be amended.
  • Any cancellation resulting from incorrect or missing passport information will incur cancellation fees.
Important Remarks
  • All transfer times shown are provisional and will be confirmed closer to the departure date, along with your final travel documentation. 
  • Flights are initially not included in the package rate, please make sure you make the necessary adjustments to cover the flight routes.
