Depart Jakarta for Bogor. Visit the botanical gardens, home to over 3,000 different types of orchid. Then on to Bandung via the Puncak Pass (1600 m above sea level). Along the way, the many green tea plantations offer sumptuous panoramas. Bandung, Indonesia's third-largest city, is surrounded by the lush mountainous region of Parahyangan. From Bandung, you can go and admire the beautiful countryside for yourself. The White Crater, a magical place named after the white sulfurous vapors that rise above the turquoise water, is a must-see site located 50 km from Bandung. Accompanied by a guide, you visit the town of Lembang, at an altitude of 1,200 metres. Enjoy a delicious lunch overlooking the active Tangkuban Perahu volcano. Discover the town, renowned for its many Art Deco buildings inherited from the colonial past, or enjoy some free time. And don't miss a visit to the Geological Museum, where you'll learn all about the emergence of Indonesia and the volcanic activity associated with it. Bandung is also known as a shopper's paradise. Indulge yourself in one of the many large shopping malls.

After breakfast at dawn, you travel by train to Yogyakarta. For around 8 hours, you'll be passing through breathtaking natural landscapes. Along the way, you'll be treated to a parade of panoramic views of rice paddies, ponds and charming villages. You arrive in Yogyakarta, the country's cultural capital, nicknamed "the soul of Indonesia". The island's university city has preserved many of its traditions and customs, giving it a unique atmosphere, with plenty of places to eat and go out. Culture lovers won't know where to look! Accompanied by a guide, you can visit the Kraton: this fortified palace of the sultan, full of symbols, has been partially converted into a museum. The Taman Sari water tower, where princesses once bathed, will soon hold no secrets for you. A real feast for the eyes, this palace is packed with stunning details. Another must-see is the impressive Hindu temple of Prambanan. The three main temples are dedicated to the gods Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma. The central Shiva temple, 50 meters high, is richly decorated with mythical creatures. Take plenty of photos! You can also go shopping on the lively Jalan Malioboro and relax on the terrace of one of the many bars and restaurants.

40 km from the city, your guide will show you Indonesia's most famous edifice. The spectacular Borodur temple, the world's largest Buddhist complex, has been a Unesco World Heritage Site since the 1990s. Surrounded by forests and hills, this grandiose site is perhaps the highlight of your trip.

Discover the cultural capital of Indonesia, Yogyakarta. You will visit the Kraton, the Sultan's highly symbolic palace surrounded by a wall, and the Taman Sari, the "water tower" where the Sultan liked to spend his free time. In the afternoon, you will discover Prambanan, the largest Hindu temple in the country. The imposing temple complex consists of three main temples dedicated to the gods Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma. In the centre stands the fifty-metre-high Temple of Shiva.

Free morning in Yogykakarta. Stroll along Jalan Malioboro, Yogyakarta's busiest street and the city's commercial centre. You'll find plenty of restaurants, bars and local shops. In the afternoon, there's a real highlight on the programme: Borobudur, the world's largest Buddhist monument. Enjoy a magnificent sunset here. The effect of the setting sun behind the Buddhas and stupas creates breathtaking images!

This city in the heart of the province of East Java enjoys a lively atmosphere and a rich cultural heritage. The town center is home to relics from the colonial era. In the streets of Malang, you'll find a mix of Dutch architecture and traditional Javanese houses. Just a stone's throw from the center, the city reveals its serene side. You'll find sublime beaches stretching out under the tropical sun. From the sandy beaches of Balekambang to the spectacular cliffs of Clungup Mangrove Conservation, Malang's coastline offers a soothing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. As the sun sets over the horizon, Malang's culinary scene comes to life. Street food stalls light up the city, serving local specialties such as Bakso Malang and apple potato chips, a nod to the nickname "Apple City".

The black beaches of Lovina recall the volcanic environment of this northern seaside resort. There are no beach clubs here, just breathtaking nature. Around Lovina, you'll discover some of Bali's most spectacular waterfalls. Another of the region's highlights is the Brahma Vihara Arama. This Buddhist monastery is renowned for its replicas of the Borobudur temple in Java. Combine this site with a visit to the Banjar hot springs a little further afield. On the way to Ubud, stop off at Gitgit waterfall with your guide for the day and explore Ulun Bratan. This marvellous Hindu temple stands on a peninsula on the edge of the sacred crater lake Bratan and is dedicated to the goddess of water. Finally, take a walk along the Jatiluwih rice terraces, a UNESCO World Heritage site. They use the traditional Balinese irrigation system, and the difference in level gives you a fantastic view of the surrounding rice paddies and palm trees.

Ubud, the cultural and spiritual heart of Bali, is set in sumptuous surroundings dotted with centuries-old rice paddies and some remarkable temples. The wide range of activities and sights in and around Ubud makes it one of Bali's main attractions! Accompanied by a guide, you'll visit Gunung Kawi, one of the island's largest and oldest temple complexes, home to imposing statues carved into the rock. Learn more about the Tirta Empul temple, famous for its sacred water. However, the highlight of your trip today is Mount Batur, a volcano that is still active. During lunch on the shores of the lake of the same name, enjoy the incredible view of this volcano. Ubud is home to numerous museums and art galleries, earning it a reputation as the epicenter of the Balinese art scene. The countless stores selling handicrafts also give Ubud a unique creative touch. Another must-see during your stay is the Puri Saren Agung. Explore at your own pace this splendid palace where the King of Ubud once reigned. A little further on, the magnificent Saraswati Water Palace awaits your visit. The ponds filled with colorful lotuses and the temple's typical architecture make it a breathtaking place to photograph from every angle. In the evening, you can attend traditional dance and music performances. One of Ubud's most famous attractions is the Alas Kedaton forest. Get ready to explore one of the world's largest and oldest temple complexes, Gunung Kawi. The imposing statues carved into the immense rock walls make this a very spectacular building. You then visit the Tirta Empul temple, famous for its sacred water. The highlight of the day is undoubtedly Mount Batur, a volcano that is still active. During lunch by the lake of the same name, you can enjoy the view of this volcano.

In the morning, you will visit Alas Kedaton, a forest inhabited by hundreds of monkeys which, according to the locals, protect the temple located there. You will then visit the famous sea temple of Tanah Lot, built in homage to the god of the sea. Part of the temple stands on the water, on a rock. The end of a wonderful tour.
