First, you will start by making your gelato and once ready you will move on to the next recipe – pizza. The chef will guide you in the creation of your dough from scratch and will explain how the consistency of the pizza dough and the various type of flour should be. Then, you will work your pizza and choose the topping you want, like tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
