Enter Our ‘We Sea You’ Competition

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter’s Details: Marella Cruises Ltd (the “Promoter” or “Marella Cruises”) is a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 12562788
2. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands (excluding Ireland), who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition. Entrants must have an active Instagram account.
3. How to Enter: Internet access is required to enter. You will need to upload a short video of yourself and your chosen +1 telling us what you love about Marella Cruises and what keeps you coming back via our Microsite: https://www.tui.co.uk/cruise/content/we-sea-you

No purchase necessary.  No entries from agents or third parties or automatically generated by computer will be accepted.  Late, ineligible, Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted.  Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

4. Use of Data: Any videos submitted which feature people must be of you or have been taken with the permission of the subject (and if they are under 18, the permission of their parents or guardians as well) and must not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. You warrant that the video you submit is your own work and that where required you have obtained all relevant permissions, consents or licences required to enable you to use any third-party content, materials or images in your photos/video. Any complaints lodged against your video in relation to permissions will result in it being removed. If you use a video you do not own the copyright for, we retain the right to provide your name to the owner of the photograph, should they request it. Any videos deemed to be inappropriate, or offensive will be removed. Copyright in all videos submitted remains with you. By submitting your videos, you are granting a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to the Promoter to feature it in any publications, websites and/or any promotional material, PR or advertising connected with this competition and/or any future marketing campaigns. Contact details submitted will only be used for the purpose of contacting the winner. In providing your consent to the use of the Content as described in these terms and conditions, you waive any right to: the payment of any royalties in relation to the Content; any moral rights in the Content; and any right to review or object to the onward use of the Content by the Promotor.Please note that film cameras will be present throughout your holiday. By entering this competition, you hereby consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded, and consent to the image or recording of them (including any images or recordings taken during your holiday) being used in distribution (commercial or otherwise) in perpetuity without any payment. All sound and moving or still picture rights including, without limitation, on the internet, vest exclusively with Marella Cruises and TUI Group (or by any third party as may be engaged by Marella Cruises).If you are a winner of this competition, you are granting a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to the Promoter to feature your photo in any publications, websites and/or any promotional material, PR or advertising connected with any future marketing campaigns.
5. Dates: The competition commences on 16^th July at 09:00. The closing date for entries is 24^th July at 23:59. Any videos received outside of these dates will not count as an entry.
6. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.
7. Prize: There will be (3) prizes to be won, 6 spots on a Marella cruise (2 places per prize winner for you and a plus one). Prize is not transferable, and no alternatives will be offered.

The prize includes return flights to Dubrovnik Croatia operated by TUI Airways, transfers to and from Dubrovnik Airport and a Premium All Inclusive cruise in a balcony grade cabin for 7 nights between 28^th August 2025 and 04^th September 2025 onboard Marella Explorer 2s Adriatic Affair sailing. Transfer to the UK airport and travel insurance is not included.

Prize is subject to availability at time of booking and Marella Cruises reserves the right to substitute an alternative.

8. Selection & Notification: Once the competition has closed 3 entries will be chosen by the Marella Cruises team at the team’s discretion. The winners will be informed via email by no later than 5pm on 31^st July 2025. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winners or should the winners be unable to accept the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. Winner’s details: Details of the winner’s name and country of residence will be obtainable after the 31^st July 2025 by emailing cruisemarketing@tui.co.uk Winners must inform the Promoter if they wish to decline publication of this information. The winners will be required to participate in post-competition publicity.
10. General: The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend or cancel the competition without prior notice and without liability to any party if it becomes necessary to do so. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram accepts no liability for this competition.
11. Relevant Law: This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.
