Cycle along the coastline towards the west part to the cliffs of Los Gigantes, a cosy village with one of the highest cliffs.
Once you reach the viewpoint, continue your way and climb the banana climb. It's named after the many banana plants. After the climb, stop at a typical cycling bar to get supplies and drink something. There are also a lot of pro riders stopping in that place.
Finally, continue your way back to the south.
