Know in advance:

The entrance to the Colosseum will be approximately 2 hours after the meeting time
The entry to the Basilica is free of charge: dress code is required (shoulders and knees have to be covered)
The customer is responsible, at the time of purchase, for correctly entering their first name, last name and selecting the appropriate ticket type. The personal details must match exactly those shown on the identity document that will be presented in original form at the park entrance. The ticket category must be chosen based on the customer’s age on the day of the visit and as indicated on the identity document. In case of errors made by the customer during the booking process, the Tour Operator cannot be held responsible for any denied access to the Archaeological Park decided by the competent authorities, and no refund will be issued
The total retail price includes: €18,00 adult and €0.00 child (0-17 years) admission ticket to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. The remaining amount covers additional services such as the multimedia video, San Clemente, and on-site assistance
All participants must present a valid original ID. Photos, copies, or photocopies are not accepted. Those who fail to present the original document will be denied entry without a refund.

Meet at the Touristation Aracoeli Office at Piazza d’Aracoeli 16, near Piazza Venezia. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and watch the multimedia video. Look for the orange “Touristation” flags and staff for assistance. There is a small fountain in front of the office entrance. Do not go directly to the Colosseum.
