Not allowed:

• Children under 7 years old
• Recording or reproducing any part of the performance inside the venue using any type of device (smartphones, cameras, recording devices, smart glasses, etc.) is prohibited

Know in advance:

• Select your preferred seating area using the theatre map as a guide. You are selecting a seating area, not a specific seat. Your seats will be automatically assigned within the selected area according to availability
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. It is also recommended that children occupy boxes or side aisle seats in case it becomes necessary to leave the auditorium
• Doors open 45 minutes before the performance. Butaca Oro ticket holders must arrive 1 hour before the performance, and Dream Experience ticket holders must arrive 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance
• Once the performance has started, admission to the theatre is at the theatre’s discretion. Running time: 2 hours 45 minutes, including a 20-minute interval
• The ticket is valid for one admission only and is issued in the name of the ticket holder. If the ticket cannot be identified, admission will not be permitted. Proof of ID may be requested at the entrance to verify the identity of the ticket holder. The ticket must be kept for the duration of the performance and presented upon request
• Dress code: There is no formal dress code at the theatre. Attire can range from smart to more casual clothing. In all cases, clothing should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. Avoid flip-flops, tracksuits, swimming shorts or sleeveless vests. The theatre is air-conditioned, and a cloakroom service is available
• The theatre reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone whose behaviour may be detrimental to other audience members or interfere with the performance
