Know in advance:

  • Reduced tickets are for children (age 4-11), seniors (age 65+), university students and teachers with a valid document
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants (age 0-3) can enter free of charge
  • Family tickets are available for groups of up to 5 people, including at least 1 adult and 1 child
  • The visit is self‑guided, with staff on hand to assist, and the content is in English and Spanish
  • Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking through all rooms
  • Visitors are welcome to take photos during the visit
