Accessibility:

• Not suitable for wheelchair users, guests with limited mobility or those with claustrophobia due to the conditions inside the Duomo (463 steps and fairly narrow)
• You should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty

Not allowed:

• Children under 7 years old
• Flip-flops, slippers, clogs and shoes with heels inside the Cathedral
• Bags of any kind inside the Duomo due to safety regulations, as guests must climb narrow stairways to access the Terrace and Cupola

Know in advance:

• You must provide full names of the participants during the booking process
• You may be asked to go through security on this tour
• Visitors to the Cathedral must use luggage storage (Piazza Duomo n. 38/r) to leave the following items before entry: suitcases, backpacks, and large or medium-sized bags
• All visitors, regardless of gender, must cover their shoulders and knees inside the Cathedral
• Minors under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult to climb the terraces
• In the morning, you will briefly tour the Cathedral. In the afternoon, you'll enjoy a view of its interior from above as you climb to the terraces. The order of the itinerary may vary to avoid the crowds and enhance your experience
• Your Duomo ticket is valid for 72 hours to explore the other Duomo monuments on your own: Opera Duomo Museum, Baptistery of San Giovanni, Crypt of Santa Reparata and Giotto's Tower
