Important to know

Kids between 1.20 metres and 1.39 metres need to be with an adult during dolphin interactions. Children 1.40 metres and above may participate in dolphin interactions on their own
Infants aged one to five can join for free, as long as they're with a paying adult
Children are ages six to 12; anyone 13 and up counts as an adult
Suncream and tanning products aren't allowed during the dolphin programs
Please remove any jewellery or loose accessories before the program
Electronic devices aren't allowed during the dolphin experience
A state tax (ISEPAAA) of MX$50 per person (ages six plus) must be paid at check-in, as required by Article 60 of the Q. Roo Law

Women under five months pregnant may only participate in the Dolphin Encounter, accompanied by another paying adult, and must sign a liability waiver
The photo package is not included; it's available for an extra cost. It's recommended to bring cash for purchasing photos and souvenirs
Guests with a history of heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, use of heart medication, or any other major medical condition should not participate
