Delphinus Harmony:

Enjoy a heartwarming and fun encounter with dolphins in a safe and friendly environment. You'll have the opportunity to learn about and interact with them across 10 activities during your 20 minutes in the water. You'll be with up to 10 participants and it includes a towel and locker.

Interax:
Allow the dolphins to take you on a water adventure. Get to know your silky-soft host by enjoying 14 games and activities together in the water for 30 minutes. You'll be with up to six participants and it includes a towel and locker.

Gimme all platinum:

Enjoy the most exciting dolphin adventure. Play, interact, and create unforgettable memories. Through 18 engaging activities, including a dolphin trek, you'll discover their abilities while connecting with these amazing marine animals in an experience full of energy, and fun. You'll be in the water for 45 minutes with up to four participants and it includes a towel and locker.

Cameras, smartphones or any audiovisual devices are not allowed due to the safety of the dolphins
Photos can be purchased during your time at the park
Children under 5 are welcome for free, however an extra charge applies to dolphin swims, to be made in the park on the day
This offer adheres to our rigorous animal welfare standards related to cetaceans, which have been developed in collaboration with independent animal welfare scientists. These criteria are continually updated based on the latest scientific research and international standards. They focus on enhancing cetacean wellbeing by promoting natural and social behaviours, ensuring specialised veterinary care, encouraging the animals' autonomy within their environment, and supporting education and conservation efforts
The standards strictly prohibit breeding for commercial purposes, the use of behavioural drugs, the capture of wild cetaceans and food deprivation techniques, among other measures
Government-mandated tax: A fee of $50.00 MXN per person (including children) will be collected at check-in, in accordance with Article 60 of the Tax on Activities with Aquatic Animals
Restriction for Dolphin Trek: Not available for children under 8 years old, for pregnant women, people with heart conditions, lung conditions, asthma, ear diseases, or recent surgeries. Upon arrival at the location, minors will be assessed to ensure they meet the minimum height and shoulder width requirements. The age suggestion for children is based on the dimensions and weight of the equipment: 32 kg (70 lbs) out of the water and 7 kg (15 lbs) underwater
