You'll also learn how to bake authentic-style pizza using both a standard electric oven and the traditional Neapolitan "ruoto", so you can recreate the experience at home without needing a wood-fired oven.
Next, you'll move on to dessert. During the tiramisu masterclass, you'll prepare this Italian classic from scratch, learning how to make the perfect mascarpone cream, soak the savoiardi biscuits in coffee and assemble the dessert with the right balance of flavours and textures.
Throughout the experience, your chefs will share practical tips, culinary traditions and stories about Neapolitan food culture. You'll then enjoy the food you've prepared, accompanied by a drink and a traditional appetiser.
