Listen to the story of European art as you admire the various masterpieces the National Gallery holds. The Gallery holds some of the greatest paintings in the world. Admire the more than 2.600 paintings from Medieval, to Renaissance, Impressionists up to the modern days. Your Blue Badge Guide will lead you around the Gallery for approximately one hour. Before and after the tour, you are welcome to explore at your own leisure.

Head to the Sainsbury Wing entrance on Trafalgar Square and go through security. For tours up to 14 January 2026, after entering the Sainsbury Wing foyer, go up the staircase on the right to Level 2 and turn left. The meeting point is marked with a tour sign.For tours from 15 January 2026 onwards, after entering the Sainsbury Wing foyer, proceed to the meeting point on the ground floor (Level 0), on the right-hand side by the staircase. The meeting point is marked with a tour sign, and the guide will be wearing a National Gallery Official Tour Guide yellow badge.
