More than 100 services run every 24 hours - approximately one every 15 to 20 minutes. Note that sometimes there are longer time periods between departures
On arrival at the airport, you can either board any service directly with your voucher or exchange for a booked seat on a National Express retail desk
You can communicate your desired return date directly at one of the National Express retail desks in the airport once you exchange your voucher
If you are travelling to an airport, it is strongly recommended that you allow at least 3 hours from the time your coach arrives at its destination to your scheduled flight departure
Luggage allowance: You may take up to 2 medium-sized suitcases (70cm x 30cm x 45cm), or one large item that has max. dimensions of 75cm x 50cm x 32cm, free of charge per person, each item with a max weight of 20kg
Customers on wheelchair or using service animals should inform the local operator beforehand. Contact info found on the voucher after booking
Transport for London, who manages the station, is working hard to minimise disruption as much as possible and the National Express team is available to support you whilst travelling through the station safely

All services between 00:01 - 05:59 will depart as normal from within the station.
