Not allowed:

• Please be aware that no luggage is allowed due to Bureau of Reclamation restrictions. Smaller personal bags or backpacks are allowed with you on the bus, but suitcases or larger luggage are not allowed. If leaving luggage at your hotel, allow ample time to store it and reach the bus pickup location before departure

Know in advance:

• In case of bad weather conditions preventing access to the area of the tour, you will be offered alternate locations and timing; if it is not possible to provide a part of the tour including an admission cost you will be offered a partial refund
• Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses.
• Service may be refused to guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be issued.
• Tours require minimum participation. If minimums are not met, guests may be offered a reschedule, alternative experience, or full refund.

• It is recommended to wear comfortable weather appropriate clothing and to bring sun protection during warm months
• One complimentary bottle of water—please bring additional water if needed
