Due to Bureau of Reclamation restrictions, luggage is not permitted. While smaller personal bags or backpacks are allowed on the bus, suitcases or larger luggage must be left behind. Please note that backpacks are not allowed at Grand Canyon West and must remain on the motor vehicle during your visit. If you need to bring essential items such as medication, it's recommended using a small bag or pouch that you can carry with you. If leaving luggage at your hotel, allow ample time to store it and reach the bus pickup location before departure

Children 1-year-old or under, not occupying their own seat (lap child) may participate at no charge with up to an equal number of accompanying adults and do not require a ticket

If it is not possible to provide a planned inclusion of the tour with an admission cost, a partial refund will be offered to the guests, minus a processing fee.
