Full-day hiking tour in Gran Canaria: route of the week

Not allowed:

• Participants under the age of 8

Know in advance:

• Please note that pick-up is NOT available from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in the north of the island, or from Puerto de Mogán, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Puerto Rico, and Arguineguín in the south of the island
• Difficulty level: easy-moderate. The total duration of the tour is approximately 8 hours, while the hike itself lasts around 4-5 hours. Route details: distance 7-10 km; ascent/descent 300-500 m
• In the event of force majeure, including adverse weather conditions, extreme temperatures, a risk of forest fires or any other circumstances that prevent the excursion from continuing safely or pose a risk to the health and safety of participants, the organiser reserves the right to modify the itinerary, reschedule the trip for another date, or cancel it
• Snack included: mixed fresh fruit, assorted nuts and almonds, and 1 litre of water
• This tour operates with a minimum of 4 participants

Remember to bring:

• Suitable mountain clothing or sportswear
• Hiking shoes with good grip are mandatory and will be checked by the guide before the excursion begins
• From October to March, weather conditions can change quickly, and rainfall is generally more frequent. Although excursions are normally not operated in rainy weather, conditions can sometimes be unpredictable. Warm, long-sleeved clothing, long trousers, and a waterproof jacket that can also provide protection from the wind are strongly recommended
