This coastal desert oasis on the southern tip of the island boasts year-round sunshine and is one of Gran Canaria’s most distinctive landscapes. Golden rolling dunes that drop into the Atlantic Ocean and a palm-fringed lagoon have filmmakers flocking to capture the cinematic scenes in Dunas de Maspalomas.
