This hike sets off from Lajares and follows a volcanic trail skirting the foothills of Montana Colorada, where you can walk right up to the rim of its crater. From there, you'll climb to the top of Calderon Hondo, a deeper volcanic crater, offering views across northern Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. After descending, the path continues towards the village of Majanicho for a glimpse into traditional island life. You'll wrap up with photo stops at the Corralejo sand dunes and the Insta-favourite Popcorn Beach, known for its coral‑shaped sand.
