To collect the audioguide inside the museum, you'll need to show the original copy of your ID or passport; the museum staff will keep your ID until the end of the visit, when you will return the audio guide. If you lose or don’t return the audio guide, you will be asked for a refund of € 250,00 per unit
There's a compulsory security check that may cause some delays at the entrance of the museum
Access to the Galleria dell'Accademia di Firenze is included in the tour price and costs €20 for adults aged 26+, €2 for EU citizens aged 18 to 25, and is free for visitors under 18. Additional fees cover the guided tour and other services included in the experience
