For safety reasons, snorkelling is only for ages 10 to 60 years old, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Snorkelling is not recommended for people with a history of heart problems, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, use of heart medication, or any other significant medical condition
Guests who are more than five months pregnant will not be able to participate in water activities or zip-lining
To participate in the zip-lining activity, the maximum allowed weight is 130 kg and minimum height is 1.10m
Senior or disabled guests will need to speak with the recreational supervision area to check if individuals are safe to participate
The minimum height to participate in kayaking is 1.30m and children must be accompanied by an adult

Registration to participate in the Temazcal ceremony must be done in advance at the information desk, there's a maximum of 20 participants per session and this one is for adults only
