Important to know

Know in advance:

The 48-hour and 72-hour options are valid from the selected start time on the first day (as chosen during booking) until the same time on the second or third day
The 4-day, 5-day and 6-day options are valid from the selected date from midnight until midnight of the fourth, fifth or sixth day. You can also choose between travel zone AB and ABC
After booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your ticket. This ticket also serves as your Berlin WelcomeCard
Each adult ticket is valid for up to three children under 15 years old
Children aged 0–5 travel free on public transport
Discounts on attractions and tours are applied when purchasing the relevant ticket or pass. Discounts for performances are available directly at the ticket counter
The Berlin WelcomeCard is non-refundable. Once booked, changes, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted
