***Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By entering you indicate that you are opting into receiving communications from TUI accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.

  1. Promoter’s Details: TUI UK Limited and Marella Cruises Limited (the “Promoter”) are members of TUI Group. Registered Office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England, for TUI UK Limited No: 2830117 and for Marella Cruises Limited No: 12562788. TUI UK Limited ABTA No: V5126 and ATOL No: 2524. Marella Cruise Limited ABTA No: Y6722 and ATOL No: 11878.
  2. Eligibility: This giveawayis open is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Entrants must have an active Facebook or Instagram account. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.
  3. How to Enter: Internet access required to participate. To enter this giveaway you will need to provide your name, surname and email address to the Promoter by completing the online form. Only one entry is allowed per person. Marella Cruises reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude blatant attempts to breach the terms of the competition or to circumvent the single-entry rule, such entries will not be accepted. No purchase is necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
  4. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-notice 
  5. Dates: Entrants can enter the giveaway from 1st September 2025 at 12:00pm BST. The closing date for entries and must be received by 28th February 2026 at 12:00pm BST.
  6. Receipt of Entries: Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.
  7. Prize: There will be one (1) winner of a cruise. The cruise will be onboard Marella Explorer in a standard inside/outside cabin, departing on 26th November 2026 for 5 nights for 2 people. Flying into Malaga (AGP) on a TUI flight from either London Gatwick (LGW) or Manchester (MAN) or Glasgow Airport (GLA) only and back from Tenerife (TFS) to either of the UK airports mentioned above. Luggage allowance is 20kg hold and 10kg hand luggage. It’s an all-inclusive cruise with transfers included from Malaga airport and Tenerife. Prizes are not transferable, and no alternatives will be offered. Transfer to the UK airport and travel insurance is not included. It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled.   8. Selection & Notification: The winner will be randomly selected and announced by 4:00pm BST on Friday 2nd March 2026 by email. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner from eligible entries received.
  9. Winner’s details: Details of the winner’s name and country of residence will be obtainable after the 9th March 2026 by emailing cruisemarketing@tui.co.uk Winners must inform the Promoter if they wish to decline publication of this information.
  10. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the giveaway in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
