We know it’s not always easy to save the pennies for that all-important holiday, whether it’s the trip of a lifetime or just a much-needed week-long dose of sunshine. With that in mind, we’ve introduced Direct Debit payments to lend a helping hand. So you can start planning your next holiday earlier than you think. Here’s everything you need to know.
How does Direct Debit work?
With our book-now-pay-later method, it’s easy to spread the cost of your trip – giving you more time to think about the important things, like how many swimsuits to pack. You can use Direct Debit for most of our holidays, including Marella Cruises, city breaks, Multi Centres and Lakes & Mountains.
The system’s easy. You pay your deposit, set up your Direct Debit online and then simply make monthly payments to cover the rest. You can even choose the date the money comes out of your account, meaning budgeting is a breeze. There’ll be at least three instalments, and you’ll make the final payment 98 days before you’re due to fly – simple.
How do I set up a Direct Debit?
You can set up your Direct Debit account when you make your booking, or if you want some time to think it over, sort it out at a later date through Manage My Booking, or your Customer Account.
You can still take advantage of our Low Deposit option, too – the Direct Debit payments will automatically adjust to cover this. The same goes if you add extras to your booking, or make any amendments like upgrades.
Are there any rules?
Just so you know, anything that states it needs paying there and then will still have to be paid for immediately. And there’s just one condition – you’ll need to be booking a trip that’s over six months away in order to be eligible for Direct Debit payments. You can find all the details here.
