22 January 2025 –<\/strong>\u00a0TUI UK&I has launched its new trade focused platform, \u2018TUITradeHub\u2019<\/a>, which is a user-friendly hub designed by the TUI trade teams. The hub will provide vital information to trade partners to support them making those all important bookings. It will boost their knowledge on the products and brands provided by TUI including: beach, weddings, long-haul holidays, assisted travel and TUI UK\u2019s ocean cruise line, Marella Cruises.<\/p>\n

The hub has two eLearning sections dedicated to TUI and Marella Cruises. The TUI easy-to-digest eLearning hub will cover sections such as: Why choose TUI, a section to meet the TUI trade relations in-house team, modules which cover long-haul holidays, weddings, assisted travel and loads of downloadable assets for trade partners own channels. Marella Cruises eLearning modules covers sections such as: Why choose Marella Cruises, a section to meet the Marella Cruises trade relation in-house team, information around the fleet of ships, onboard experiences, cabins, destinations overview, extras including the spa, dining options, premium all inclusive, wifi, pre-booked cabins and others) and downloadable assets for trade partners own channels.<\/p>\n

The TUITradeHub is accessible to all trade agents who are connected to TUI, and with 15,813 agents who have already attended some form of TUI and Marella Cruises training in FY23\/24, either via a face-to-face or virtual training, TUI expects there to be a large uptake to support trade agents throughout the coming seasons.<\/p>\n

Andrew Isherwood, Head of Trade Relations, TUI said:<\/strong> \u201cOur aim is to make selling TUI as easy as possible and the new TUITradeHub is designed to do just that. It is a one stop shop for all things TUI to ensure our agent partners have the information they need at their fingertips and can book their customers the perfect TUI holiday.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
